MineGo Website and Waitlist Terms

These Website and Waitlist Terms govern your access to and use of minego.io and your submission of information to the MineGo waitlist or early-access flow.

By using minego.io or joining the MineGo waitlist, you agree to these Terms.

For purposes of these Terms, the website is currently operated by the MineGo Team, a Philippine startup in prelaunch stage.

1. Current Website Stage

At the current stage:

• minego.io is primarily a product introduction, preview, and waitlist website;
• users may watch previews and submit their email address for waitlist or early-access interest;
• MineGo may send launch updates, product updates, early-access notices, MineGo news, and related MineGo communications, including promotional or marketing updates;
• the website does not yet promise that all marketplace features shown in previews, mockups, or marketing content are fully live or publicly available.

Joining the waitlist does not guarantee:

• immediate account creation;
• immediate buyer or seller access;
• access to any specific feature;
• launch by any specific date;
• seller approval, buyer approval, or test access.

2. Eligibility

You may use the website or join the waitlist only if:

• you can lawfully provide your information;
• the information you provide is accurate and current;
• you are not using the website for unlawful, abusive, deceptive, or unauthorized purposes.

If you submit information on behalf of a business or organization, you represent that you have authority to do so.

3. Waitlist and Early-Access Submissions

If you submit your email address or other information through the MineGo waitlist or early-access flow, you agree that:

• the information you provide is true and current;
• MineGo may use that information to send launch updates, early-access notices, surveys, product news, and related MineGo communications, including promotional or marketing updates, subject to the MineGo Privacy Notice;
• MineGo may organize waitlist users by geography, interest, role type, or launch priority;
• MineGo may delay, limit, decline, remove, or pause any waitlist or early-access participation at its discretion, subject to applicable law.

Submitting an email address to the waitlist does not by itself create a full marketplace account.

4. No Live Marketplace Relationship Yet

Unless MineGo expressly states otherwise in a later launch or separate legal agreement, the current website and waitlist do not create:

• a buyer-seller transaction relationship;
• a right to participate in a live auction;
• a right to list products for sale;
• a payment entitlement;
• a payout entitlement;
• a shipping or fulfillment obligation;
• a dispute-resolution entitlement for a completed marketplace transaction.

Current website content, previews, feature descriptions, visual mockups, and launch references are informational and promotional in nature. They may change before public launch or before the release of specific features.

5. CTA and Preview Behavior

At the current stage, MineGo may direct users to:

• a preview or product demonstration experience; and
• the waitlist or early-access email input flow.

Preview content is illustrative only. A preview, demo, feature mockup, sample dashboard, sample pricing graphic, or sample metrics display should not be treated as a promise that a feature is fully launched, available to all users, or identical to the final released product.

6. Acceptable Use

You must not:

• submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information;
• interfere with the website's operation, availability, or security;
• scrape, copy, harvest, or abuse the website beyond what applicable law permits;
• use the website to spread spam, malware, malicious code, or harmful content;
• impersonate another person, business, or organization;
• attempt unauthorized access to the website, servers, forms, systems, or accounts;
• use the website in a way that violates applicable law or third-party rights.

MineGo may block, restrict, suspend, or investigate use where it reasonably believes misuse has occurred.

7. Communications

MineGo may send:

• waitlist-related updates;
• launch announcements;
• early-access notices;
• product news and feature updates;
• promotional or marketing updates related to MineGo;
• surveys, testing invitations, or research requests;
• MineGo-related service or platform communications.

At the current stage, MineGo's homepage waitlist flow uses an express consent checkbox for early-access, launch, product news, and related promotional communications.

8. Intellectual Property

MineGo and its branding, logos, website content, text, graphics, layouts, interface elements, visual concepts, and related materials are protected by law.

Except as expressly permitted, you may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse engineer, republish, or exploit MineGo materials without permission.

9. Disclaimer

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the website and waitlist are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

MineGo does not guarantee:

• uninterrupted access;
• error-free content;
• feature availability at any particular time;
• launch on any particular date;
• that every previewed feature will launch exactly as shown.

Forward-looking statements, roadmap references, sample metrics, mockups, previews, feature descriptions, and launch references are illustrative only and may change.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, MineGo and its affiliates, officers, employees, contractors, and agents will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising out of or related to:

• your use of or inability to use the website;
• your reliance on preview content, mockups, feature descriptions, or launch references;
• waitlist participation;
• website interruptions, security issues, or technical problems.

Nothing in these Terms excludes rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

11. Privacy

Your use of the website and your submission of waitlist information are also subject to the MineGo Privacy Notice and Cookie Policy.

12. Changes to the Website or Terms

MineGo may modify, pause, limit, or discontinue website features, waitlist flows, or preview content at any time.

MineGo may also update these Terms by posting a revised version and updating the "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the website or continued participation in the waitlist after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.
